Convenience store remodel and addition located in Hayward, California. The project consisted of approximately 2400 square feet of tenant improvement remodel and storefront renovations/additions. Special design considerations included retrofitting existing roof framing and supporting new storefront framing and signage.

Retail space addition to an existing commercial building. The project consisted of approximately 2700 square feet of newly constructed wide open retail space. Special design considerations involved utilizing the contractor's existing inventory of steel framing for cost savings to the project. The budget was limited and multiple, unique steel member sizes were incorporated to use up inventory on hand and keep costs down.
